Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area

Kadhmah delivers to available delivery areas within the State of Kuwait. Availability may depend on the delivery address, road access, stock and operational capacity. If we cannot serve an address, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative or cancel and refund the affected order.

2. Charges and minimum quantity

Customers may order any quantity offered through the website. Delivery is free for orders of 10 cartons (shrink packs) or more. A 1 KWD delivery charge applies to orders below 10 cartons. Each standard carton contains 20 × 330 ml bottles unless the product page states otherwise.

3. Same-day delivery

Orders completed and successfully paid by 3:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday, are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to stock, address confirmation and delivery capacity. Orders placed after the cut-off, on official holidays, or when same-day capacity is unavailable will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Any delivery date or time communicated before dispatch is an estimate. We will use reasonable efforts to meet it and will notify the customer if a material delay occurs.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide a complete delivery address, an accessible location and a working telephone number. Someone authorised to receive the order should be available at delivery. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.

5. Delivery and inspection

Please inspect the order when it arrives. If cartons are missing, visibly damaged, incorrectly supplied, unsealed or appear unsafe, inform the driver where practical and contact Kadhmah promptly with the order number and supporting photographs. Acceptance of delivery does not remove any rights provided by applicable law.

6. Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because no authorised recipient is available, the address is inaccessible, or the contact details are incorrect, Kadhmah may contact the customer to reschedule. Any additional charge will be disclosed and agreed before a second delivery attempt.

7. Delays outside our control

Delivery may be affected by severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, public emergencies or other events beyond reasonable control. Kadhmah will communicate material delays and offer an appropriate solution, including rescheduling or a refund where delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
