1. About Kadhmah

This website is operated by Kadhmah Company, a Kuwaiti shareholding company wholly owned by the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR). References to “Kadhmah”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Kadhmah Company.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. Information supplied during registration, ordering or checkout must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.

3. Product information

We aim to display accurate descriptions, pack sizes, composition information, images, prices and availability. Packaging and presentation may change, but the product supplied will conform to the confirmed order and applicable requirements. Customers should read the bottle label and check the seal, expiry date and storage instructions before use.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order becomes binding when Kadhmah accepts it and issues confirmation or begins fulfilment. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, an unsupported address or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD). The total price and any delivery charge will be shown before the customer submits the order. Payment must be made using an available payment method. Payment processing may be provided by authorised third-party payment providers under their own security and service terms.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, charges, same-day cut-off times, delays and receipt requirements are described in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation, exchange, return and refund rights are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under Kuwait law always apply.

8. Acceptable website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purchasing and information. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, misuse checkout or payment functions, scrape protected content at scale, or use the website in a fraudulent or unlawful way.

9. Intellectual property

The Kadhmah name, logos, website design, text, photographs, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Kadhmah and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, modified, published or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

10. Website availability and liability

We use reasonable care to keep the website available and secure, but temporary interruption may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Kadhmah is not responsible for loss caused solely by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. The version shown when an order is accepted applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts and competent authorities of Kuwait have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer dispute process or other right provided by law.
